Vice Chancellor Visited Faculty of Graduate Studies

We were honoured to welcome the Vice Chancellor of the University of Colombo, Professor Indika Mahesh Karunathilake, to the Faculty of Graduate Studies (FGS) on 12th June 2025. Professor Karunathilake was warmly received by the Dean and the FGS staff. During his visit, the Dean briefed him on the Faculty’s current initiatives and exciting future plans. The Vice Chancellor engaged in insightful meetings with the academic and administrative staff, sharing his valuable perspectives on research, programme development, and administration.

The event was attended by the Senior Assistant Registrar, Senior Assistant Bursar, Director of Studies, Programme Coordinators, Management Assistants, and other dedicated staff members. We are grateful for the Vice Chancellor’s visit and the encouragement extended towards our collective efforts in advancing graduate education.
